Job Overview:
Managing & maintaining day to day accounts of the company.Produce MIS reports for the management team to review.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Supervise Employee Expense Management - Advance - Voucher - Expense - IT Computation - Coordination with employees to clarify queries
• Vendor Management - PO / Invoice Generation & Verification - Payment - GST - TDS Management - Reporting of Vendor payable to Management
• MIS Reports - Creditor / Debtor - Reconciliation - P&L
• TDS & GST - Computation & Filing
• Work with CA for book closure activities
• Generate reports, emails & memos
• Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing.
Skills Required:
• Knowledge of working in Cloud- based accounting softwares mandatory
• G-Suite
• MS-Office
• Communication proficiency in Hindi & English ( verbal & written)
• Time management
Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com Accountancy background.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting.
Required Skills
Effective Technical Skills, Communication & leadership skills, Time Management, Experience in using QuickBooks software, cloud based accounting software, Fluency in Hindi
