Required - Manager/Assistant Manager - Accounts (Inter CA)Location: AhmedabadIndustry- Automotive industryMust have experience as a sr or jr accountant in the Automotive industry or Retail Industry or service industryPosition Overview:We\'re seeking a competent and motivated Manager/Assistant Manager with an Inter CA qualification to join our Accounts team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing accounting functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and contributing to strategic financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to offer insights for improving financial performance.
• Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and resolution of any identified issues.
• Participate in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments, providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and relevance.

Requirements:

• Inter CA (Intermediate Chartered Accountant) certification or equivalent qualification.
• Substantial experience in accounting roles, demonstrating leadership qualities and managerial skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced MS Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an accounting managerial or assistant managerial role is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
