Required - Manager/Assistant Manager - Accounts (Inter CA) Location: Ahmedabad Industry- Automotive industry Must have experience as a sr or jr accountant in the Automotive industry or Retail Industry or service industry Position Overview We\'re seeking a competent and motivated Manager/Assistant Manager with an Inter CA qualification to join our Accounts team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing accounting functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and contributing to strategic financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and financial statement preparation. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax regulations. Conduct financial analysis to offer insights for improving financial performance. Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and resolution of any identified issues. Participate in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks. Collaborate with other departments, providing financial insights to support decision-making processes. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and relevance. Requirements Inter CA (Intermediate Chartered Accountant) certification or equivalent qualification. Substantial experience in accounting roles, demonstrating leadership qualities and managerial skills. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced MS Excel for financial analysis. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and with stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in an accounting managerial or assistant managerial role is advantageous. Comprehensive understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
