Job Overview We are looking for a highly experienced SR Accountant to join our team at DCS Group. As a SR Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a mid-level requirement of 4 to 6 years of experience. Qualifications And Skills B.Com / M.Com/ MBA in Finance or Accounting Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a SR Accountant Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Proficiency in Tally ERP or SAP Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred Good learning skills and ability to adapt to new technologies Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Roles And Responsibilities Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger Prepare financial statements, monthly closing, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with accounting policies, principles, and financial regulations Prepare and review budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations for improvement Manage tax filings, and coordinate with external auditors Support internal and external audits Provide support during annual audit process Review and recommend changes to accounting systems and processes Mentor and train junior accounting staff Manufacturing Industry Profile - Sr. Accountant Qualification - B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA Experience - Min. 5+ yrs. to Max. 7 yrs.
