:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee compliance, internal
controls, and audits. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, adherence to
regulatory requirements, and effective management of internal control processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Management :
• Ensure the Company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation
• Working knowledge of TDS/ TCS and GST.
• Well versed with Income tax provisions for corporate accounting and filing tds returns
• Working knowledge of GST returns , refunds and filing returns
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors as necessary
2. Internal Control
• Design and maintain an effective internal control system.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Internal controls.
• Identify areas of financial and operational risk and recommend solutions.
• Ensure Internal controls are documented and communicated to relevant personnel
• Effective check on routine entries for effective internal controls.
3. Audit Oversight
• Plan and coordinate Internal and external Audits.
• Prepare Audit schedules and ensure timely completion
• Address audit findings and implement corrective action.
4. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare Accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with company policy and legal
requirements.
• Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
5. Team Leadership
• Supervise Internal Accounting staff
• Ensure continuous development and training of team members.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and legal
Skills
Proven working experience in accounting
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years' of relevant experience
Organized and able to multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
