The successful candidate will leverage their experience with QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and support the overall financial health of the company.RequirementsFinancial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks. Ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with U.S. accounting principles and company policies.Quick books Management: Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting operations, including setting up accounts, tracking expenses, and generating financial reports. Troubleshoot and resolve any QuickBooks-related issues.Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements as required, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support.
