You are versatile, motivated, creative, intellectually curious, a strong communicator and collaborator, analytical, and a leader.What You Will Do in This Role:Maintain and Analyze Day to Day reporting of eCommerce Partners with respect to the recent mergerDevelop and Test new reporting with respect to the reconciliation of eCommerce accounts for recent merger activityMaintain and Analyze Day to Day reporting of eCommerce Partners in respect of historical relationshipsReconcile between Partner Reporting, Bank receipts and GL entries for Revenue and Cost of Goods Sold (Fees) for eCommercePrepare Accruals and Actuals for Fees and Chargebacks relating to eCommerce ActivitiesPrepare weekly validations of eCommerce reportingPrepare month-end validations of eCommerce reporting (Internal reporting and Partner reporting)Collaborate with IT colleagues on eCommerce issues and variancesPrepare variance analysis and Balance Sheet Flux analysisParticipate in weekly and ad-hoc calls on eCommerce activities and issuesParticipate in AR Close Activities including AR Subledger ClosePrepare month-end journals for assigned AR areasReconciliation of AR Balance Sheet AccountsPrepare monthly reconciliations per currency and eCommerce partnerPrepare monthly reconciliations for other AR accounts assignedPrepare samples and address follow-ups in response to Audit Requests (SOX, Management and Statutory)What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need to be Successful in this Role:BS in Accounting or FinanceCPA is desirableMinimum 3-5 years of global corporate accounting experience is requiredMonth-end close experienceAbility to analyze and interpret large data sets and generate variance analysisSpeak and write English fluentlyOutstanding oral communication, analytical and written skillsAbility to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaborativelyAttention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvementDemonstrated experience in driving process improvementAbility to work independently and a strong team playerAbility to meet tight deadlinesFlexibility to work per shift requirements in busy multinational environmentWorking knowledge of Oracle R12 is desirableGen is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
