• Engaging with clients to comprehend their requirements and articulate the value of the product.

• Gathering and analyzing data to gain insights into consumer behavior.

• Maintaining accurate records related to inventory and account notes.

• Keeping abreast of the latest company products and services.

• Addressing complaints, enhancing processes, and preventing further issues.

• Identifying industry trends and acting as a client advocate to enhance the buyer experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client handling and client coordination.

• Comfortable with WFO (Work From Office) setup.
