Sr. Account Executive Work experience (Should have worked with Staffing company)
- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.
- Use financial modelling to simulate financial scenarios.
- Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team
- Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
- Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, such as communication and record keeping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced working environments
- Ability to collect and process vast information
- Analytical thinking to come up with progress plans
- Solid understanding of industry trends
- Extensive knowledge of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products or services
- Ability to collaborate with lead teams
- Being proactive about customer requirements
- Prepare P&L project wise and Region wise.
- Review periodically, collection, P&L, expenses and Cost saving initiatives.
- Upload statutory remittance
- Work along and expand a team in F&A.
- Review and assess your team periodically for any further improvements.
- Take over salary process during pay-out.
