Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial statements, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the finance team in maintaining the company's financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Manage Sale Quotation and Sale Invoice, Purchase and Sale reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Perform reconciliation of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and vendor accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Manage Salary payable, salary preregister predation, ESI, PF, PT
• Review and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits.
• Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings or process improvements.
• Vendor payments and registration, debit and credit note, E invoice
• Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory filings as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and guidance.
• Maintain and update accounting records in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred).
• Experience : Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience with international accounting standards or multi-currency accounting.
• Prior experience in B2B is an advantage.
