Company: Baked Moon Studios Location: Pune About Us: : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D QC Artist to join our team. The Senior 3D QC Artist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all artistic assets produced by our team. This role involves meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all artistic assets, including Models, textures, visuals & technical. Identify and document any issues or discrepancies in artistic content, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively. Collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members to maintain consistency and quality standards throughout the production process. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior 3D QC artists to help them improve their skills and performance. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for quality control in art production. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Excellent eye for detail and the ability to identify visual inconsistencies and errors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Client communication. Project Management.
