The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.Responsibilities :- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in the Mumbai real estate market.- Engage with prospective clients through various channels including calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and preferences.- Provide comprehensive advisory services to clients regarding real estate investment opportunities and home loan options available through Square Yards.- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of deals and transactions.- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and financial models to clients to showcase the value proposition of Square Yards\' offerings.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.- Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.- Salary upto 40k+ incentives+ quarterly apparel\'s.
