Builds, documents, and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
Develops and implements solution validation plans.
Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.
Builds training materials for the implemented solutions.
Trains customers on the implemented solutions.
Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements.
Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base.
Collaborates with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality.
Provides Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations.
Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment.
Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related area, OR equivalent education and experience.
Job Skill Requirements:
2+ years hands-on experience in MS SQL, writing SQL queries, stored procedures, understand performance optimization.
Hands-on experience in Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Basic cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS)
Basic understanding of JavaScript, client - server architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work in US EST Time zones to support client requests
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Good to have:
Experience in designing and implementing any programming languages.
Candidate with SQL Certification is a plus
