We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with data, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to both individual and team projects.Key Responsibilities:Database Development: Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis. Assist in database design, implementation, and maintenance.Data Reporting: Develop reports using SQL queries and reporting tools. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meet business requirements.Database Optimization: Assist in database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.Data Validation: Validate and ensure data integrity through routine checks and troubleshooting.Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, database administrators, and other team members to ensure smooth database operations and to learn best practices.Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including database schemas, SQL queries, and other project-related documentation.Learning & Development: Take part in internal training sessions to improve technical skills and keep up to date with the latest database trends and technologies.RequirementsRequirements:Educational Qualification: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) and relational databases.

• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

• Knowledge of basic database concepts, including tables, joins, views, stored procedures, and functions.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to think critically and solve problems with attention to detail.Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.Eagerness to Learn: A proactive approach to learning and developing new technical skills in the field of database development.Remote Work Readiness: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused in a remote environment.Preferred (but not required) Skills:

• Experience with any database management tools or platforms.

• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or similar.

• Exposure to any business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
