Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Write fast and preformat database queries using a flavor of SQL Server, such as MySQL,

MSSQL, or PostgreSQL

? Troubleshooting and problem-solving using JavaScript and other programming languages

? Maintain and back up databases regularly

? Perform SQL database sharding and indexing procedures as required to handle heavy

traffic loads.

? Use database analytical tools to analyze performance and generate reports

? Performance tuning and optimization of database systems.

? Collaborating with software developers to integrate database functionality into

applications.

? Creating and participating in the database schema design process to ensure data integrity

and efficiency.

? Providing technical support and guidance to other team members as needed maintaining

documentation for database schemas, procedures, and processes.

? Identifying and resolving database performance bottlenecks and other issues.

Requirements:

? B-Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA or related field.

? Proficiency in SQL programming and database design principles.

? Experience with relational database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or

SQL Server.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.

? Certification in database administration or SQL programming is desirable but not

required

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
