Deep Experience of Databases SQL Server Oracle nice to have
General IT Knowledge Windows Operating System Network and servers is must
Fluent in verbal and written English very good communication skills

3rd Level Support with emphasis on database and interfaces to the PLM System for local design team
Database administrator tasks
Troubleshooting Analysis
Performance tuning
Release Management
Maintain overview of databases servers exes services and admin users
Monitoring Error detection
Backup Recovery concept and execution
Working with the German and worldwide customers on daily basis
