Spring Manufacturing Operator
Job Description
• Nature of Work - Production of IDU Spring and LED Springs
• Qualification - ITI with hands-on experience in Spring Manufacturing, with 4 to 5 years of experience.
• Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiarity with the coiling process and coil forming process.
2. Ability to set up the program and machine for new spring development.
3. Manpower planning and allocation to achieve daily production quantity with the required quality.
4. Capable of resolving minor machine breakdown issues to minimize downtime.
5. Reduce process rejection.
6. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
7. Awareness of 5S principles and their analysis.
