Job Description

Qualification- Graduation in Physical Education or any other qualification in Physical education is must. Fresher/Experience- 7-10 Years as a Physical Education Teacher

Key Responsibilities: Teaching and Instruction:

Deliver high-quality physical education lessons to students in Grade IX-XII, including practical and theoretical aspects of physical fitness, health, and sports.

Promote various sports and fitness activities, including team and individual sports, yoga, fitness routines, and wellness education.

Design and implement fitness programs and personalized fitness plans for students.

Evaluate and assess students' performance, providing feedback and guidance to improve their skills.

Department Leadership:

Lead and manage the Physical Education department, ensuring effective planning and coordination of all activities.

Develop, implement, and evaluate the department's curriculum for physical education and sports.

Organize and supervise sports competitions, inter-school events, and physical fitness programs.

Manage and maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring proper usage and upkeep.

Student Development and Mentorship:

Foster a positive attitude towards physical fitness and encourage active participation in physical activities.

Provide mentorship and career guidance for students interested in sports-related careers.

Motivate students to achieve their personal best in both academic and athletic pursuits.

Identify and nurture talent in sports, guiding students toward participation in local, regional, or national sports competitions.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, staff, and school leadership to integrate sports and physical education into the overall school curriculum.

Work closely with the school administration to organize extracurricular activities, sports day events, and physical fitness assessments.

Organize and supervise field trips, sports training camps, and outdoor activities for students.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare and submit reports on the progress of the sports department and student achievements.

Maintain records of student participation, performance, and progress in physical education and sports.

Manage the budget for the department, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately for sports equipment, uniforms, and other activities.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest trends in physical education, sports science, and coaching methods.

Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance personal skills and department performance.

Encourage the department staff to undergo continuous professional development

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?62,000.00 per month
