Oversee the overall planning and execution of the sports program.
Oversee the quality of on-field session.
Coordinate with school administration, teachers, coaches, and students to ensure smooth operations.
Develop schedules for practices, matches, and tournaments.
Audit equipment & jerseys and maintain facilities
Prepare GM sheets
Content creation
Student evaluation and assessments
Organize sports PTMs
Quarterly Assessments of Coaches
School teamxe2x80x99s evaluation
Share the monthly updates and focus of the month with the school.
Share coaches' monthly attendance with the central team.
Collect focus of the week from the coaches.
