Job Description

- Sports Coordinator: Master Degree in Physical Education from a recognised University (M.P.Ed.)/Graduate in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) from any recognized university. The candidate should be enterprising, should possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to candidates who possess at least 3 years of experience in similar profiles from reputed institutions.


PROCEDURE
Step 1: Fill in the application form with the required details (Note: all the fields need to be filled in)
Step 2: Scrutiny of application form and verification of documents. Resume with current photo, self attested photocopies of all relevant documents need to be attached with the application form.
Step 3: Taking a written assessment comprising three parts: General Aptitude, Teaching Aptitude and Subject Specific Assessment.
Step 4: Upon scoring 80% and above, a demo will be scheduled on a mutually agreed timing.
Step 5: Based on the success of the demo, a final interview with the Principal will be scheduled to discuss the job profile, terms and conditions of employment and remuneration.
Step 6: Offer letter will be issued to selected candidates. Candidates have to send a written acceptance to confirm their employment within 24 hours from the date of issue.
Step 7: Appointment letter will be issued on the first day of joining PICT Model School. If a candidate fails to report to duty on the first day without prior notification, the appointment will stand cancelled thereof.

Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet of B.Ed.
Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet of statutory training for Language Teaching, if applicable
Appointment order / document stating the current remuneration and post held
PAN Card
Aadhar card
Residence Proof (if residing in own house else rent agreement)
Relieving Order from the current organisation
Testimonials from previous employers
Any other relevant document
