Little Spartans is a start up that provides in-school and after school sports programme for children aged 1.5 to 10 years. We are looking for an energetic, passionate and committed coaches who can work with school kids. This is an exciting role for young and energetic individuals who are passionate about working with kids. Work timing : 5 pm to 7 pm on Monday to Friday Saturday and Sunday - 2 hrs Job Requirement
- Must be passionate about working with kids. Prior experience of working with little children or in any pre-school and any training/ experience in playing any sport will be considered an added advantage.
- Young and energetic \xe2\x80\x93 Active individuals between 18 and 30 years of age only will be considered.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel to all our centers in the city.
- Responsible for delivering our sports program at our centre as per the lesson plan and ensuring that the class is fun and engaging for children.
- Teaching, managing & assessing students and identifying strengths and weaknesses of kids.
- Ensuring that the program delivery meets all our company norms, standards and values.
- Should prepare venue and equipment ready for the class and activity planned.
- Should be able to train individuals with a different range of abilities regardless of age, gender or disability.
- Undertaking administrative tasks and reporting to the Head Office.
- Maintenance and upkeep of our sports equipment at the assigned centre.
- Assisting with promotion/development of our program.
- Ensuring that regular and relevant feedback about child\xe2\x80\x99s progress is recorded.
- Ensures the safety, health, hygiene and security of the children entrusted to them.
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
