Job Summary: The Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for securing sponsorships for various events, programs, and initiatives. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, developing sponsorship proposals, negotiating sponsorship agreements, and ensuring the fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables. The Sponsorship Coordinator will work closely with the marketing, events, and fundraising teams to maximize sponsorship opportunities and build lasting relationships with sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sponsorship Acquisition:
• Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with the organization's goals and events.
• Develop and customize sponsorship proposals to attract and secure sponsorships.
• Approach potential sponsors through meetings, calls, emails, and presentations.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Provide regular updates to sponsors on the progress and outcomes of their sponsorships.
• Sponsorship Fulfillment:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables.
• Manage the implementation of sponsorship benefits, such as logo placement, event participation, and promotional activities.
• Ensure that sponsors receive all agreed-upon benefits in a timely and professional manner.
• Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with the events team to integrate sponsorship activities into event planning and execution.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of sponsorship-related materials at events.
• Ensure sponsors are recognized and promoted effectively during events.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on sponsorship revenue and performance metrics.
• Analyze the effectiveness of sponsorships and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations for sponsors.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for sponsorship opportunities.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote sponsorship opportunities and highlight sponsor contributions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sponsorship coordination, sales, or fundraising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Additional Information:
• Some travel may be required for meetings and events.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary for event coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
