About the Role
Hynes Infratech is seeking a charismatic and creative Spokesperson to be the face and voice of our brand across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at creating engaging content and presenting it through mediums such as YouTube, Instagram, email campaigns, and other digital channels. This role combines strong communication skills, a confident on-camera presence, and the ability to craft compelling narratives to connect with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
• Develop innovative content ideas tailored to the real estate industry for social media, email campaigns, video platforms, and more.
• Write and edit scripts for videos, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the company's brand strategy and goals.
Presentation:
• Serve as the primary presenter for company videos, promotional campaigns, and live events.
• Host YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and other social media content, ensuring an engaging and professional delivery.
• Conduct live sessions, webinars, and Q&A events to engage with clients and audiences directly.
Brand Representation:
• Act as the face of Hynes Infratech, embodying the company's values and mission.
• Build trust and credibility with audiences through authentic and impactful communication.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and press engagements, if required.
Digital Marketing Collaboration:
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure content is optimized for various platforms.
• Provide insights into audience preferences and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Monitor analytics to evaluate the performance of content and campaigns.
Audience Engagement:
• Interact with followers, clients, and stakeholders through comments, messages, and live events.
• Respond to queries and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Create a sense of community around the brand on social media platforms.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills with a confident on-camera presence.
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic video editing tools.
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• A charismatic personality with a passion for engaging with audiences.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
