Job brief

We are looking for an experienced English teacher to join our energetic team. If you can speak English at an advanced level and can teach the language with patience and tact, let's meet.Your main goal will be to train the students and teachers to achieve desired fluency and to develop a learning environment which will help the students meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you'll teach them the important rules of speaking,reading and writing, furthermore, given more importance to speaking in English. You'll oversee their progress by tracking their, in order to provide usefulfeedback.

Responsibilities

?Providing effective and engaging language instruction In a playful style to students and teachers that will help them achieve their fluency goals.

?Organizing and leading training sessions for teachers to improve their instructional practices and increase their ability to support student language development.

?Participating in professional development training sessions.

?Developing resources and instructional materials that cater to theneeds.

?Assessing and evaluating the progress of students and teachers,and providing feedback.

?Helping in developing curriculum and researching new methods andactivities.

?Manage classroom crises and resolve conflictRequirements and skills

?Should be able to speak at an advanced level in English.

?Previous experience as a spoken English teacher is good to have.

?Knowledge of various teaching methods

?Good understanding of the Grammar and syntax of Englishlanguage

?Exceptional organizational and teamwork abilities.

?Should be able to adapt to various tasks quickly.

?Comfortable working with students of different levels

?Dedication to students and education

?BSc/BA, BEd or TESOL in English Language or English Literature preferable but not mandatory.

?A certificate course in Teacher Preparation Program or any certified Spoken English programs are preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
