- Conduct spoken English training sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on learners\' proficiency levels and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them overcome challenges and improve their language proficiency.
- Monitor progress and assess learners\' performance through regular evaluations and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our training programs and curriculum.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language teaching methodologies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in English, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or language instructor.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
