Position Overview:

We are seeking a Spoken English Trainer to join our team in Kaloor . This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for teaching and helping others improve their English communication skills. The trainer will be responsible for conducting English language training sessions, focusing on spoken English skills, to a variety of students. This role requires excellent communication and written skills in English and a commitment to fostering an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Sessions : Lead spoken English classes in the evening shift (5:00 PM to 11:00 PM), focusing on enhancing students' speaking and listening skills.
• Lesson Planning : Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning levels and help students improve their conversational English.
• Student Support : Provide personalized attention and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and goals.
• Assessments and Feedback : Evaluate students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement.
• Engagement : Encourage active participation and discussions during classes to boost student confidence in speaking English.
• Content Creation : Prepare engaging material, activities, and exercises that help in practicing spoken English, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
• Monitoring Progress : Track student performance and make adjustments to teaching methods based on their needs.
• Classroom Management : Ensure that all training sessions are conducted smoothly and that students remain engaged and motivated.

Key Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or any related field (preferred).
• Experience : Experience in teaching or training, particularly in spoken English or language skills, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Patience and enthusiasm to work with students at varying levels of language proficiency.
• Knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation techniques.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.
