Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken English training sessions for students, focusing on improving their speaking, listening, and communication skills.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans, course materials, and assessments tailored to the learning needs of students.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and overall confidence in English communication.
• Organize and conduct group discussions, role plays, and other practical activities to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the training process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Spoken English or related training roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of the English language, with clear pronunciation and fluency.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms is an advantage.
