Through interesting and diverse methods, you\xe2\x80\x99ll train them on Speaking skills, and make them job ready for Aviation Industry. You\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and daily speaking activity, in order to provide useful feedback.Responsibilities
- Organize classroom lectures and coursework
- Prepare activities
- Assign interesting exercises
- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
- Keep a record of students\xe2\x80\x99 attendance and grades
- Research new language teaching methods
- Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
- Previous experience as an English trainer
- Fluent English Speaking Skills
- Deep understanding of English language requirements
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
