Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent command of the English language, and a proven track record of helping students improve their spoken English skills. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and tailoring instruction to meet the diverse needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and effective spoken English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials that align with our educational standards and objectives.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' language skills and track their progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and overall communication skills.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language education and incorporate them into the teaching process.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of language acquisition principles and effective teaching methodologies.
• Ability to develop engaging and interactive lesson plans.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
