Roles and responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for conducting the English skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse. \xe2\x97\x8f Classroom delivery of English content to improve students job readiness. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct timely student assessments. \xe2\x97\x8f Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students. \xe2\x97\x8f Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer. \xe2\x97\x8f Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies. \xe2\x97\x8f Sharing training reports as and when required. \xe2\x97\x8f Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required. Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background: \xe2\x97\x8f Post Graduate or Graduate in English/Journalism/Mass communication / linguistics or in any field, with 1-2 years of experience preferably in English training or teaching. \xe2\x97\x8f Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent presentation and teaching skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong and empathetic behavior \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students \xe2\x97\x8f Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
