We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching, with a focus on improving students\' spoken English proficiency. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons that cover pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive and engaging spoken English classes for diverse groups of learners.
- Develop customized lesson plans and training materials based on the needs and proficiency levels of students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including role-playing, group discussions, and multimedia tools.
- Provide constructive feedback and individual support to help students improve their speaking and listening skills.
- Assess students\' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment to build students\' confidence in using spoken English.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language teaching and incorporate them into the training program.
- Bachelor\'s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent is preferred and others too.
- Proven experience in teaching spoken English to non-native speakers.
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong pronunciation and grammar skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
- Experience with offline/ online teaching platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with various English proficiency tests (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) and their speaking components.
- Flexible working hours, including weekdays and weekends, may be required.
