G-TEC Computer Education, the world's largest provider of IT education, is looking for a Spoken English Faculty to join our team. As a Spoken English Trainer at G-Tec Kannur, you will play a key role in helping our clients develop their English communication skills effectively. You will be in charge of delivering engaging and interactive training programs that are tailored to our participants' specific needs. Your zeal for teaching and experience in English language education will help our training programs flourish.

Responsibilities:

• Provide English training for individuals and groups to improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Create customized lesson plans and resources based on learners' competency levels and learning objectives.
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies and tools to create interesting learning experiences.
• Provide constructive criticism and direction to help learners overcome problems and enhance their language skills.
• Regularly evaluate and assess learners' progress and performance.
• Work with colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of our training programs and curriculum.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for language instruction.

Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Communicative English Trainer or language teacher.
• Excellent English communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills with learners from varied backgrounds and cultures. Passion for educating and assisting others in achieving success.
• Demonstrates proficiency in employing technology for instruction.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
