Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

? Responsible for conducting the English skill and Digital skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse.

? Classroom delivery of English & digital training content to improve students job readiness.

? Conduct timely student assessments.

? Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.

? Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer.

? Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.

? Sharing training reports as and when required.

? Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.

Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:

? Post Graduate or Graduate any field with 1-2 years of experience in training or teaching preferably in English & IT.

? Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

? Excellent presentation and teaching skills.

? Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.

? Strong and empathetic behavior

? Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students

? Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation
