Activities:
Monitoring Splunk dashboard .
Setup new Alerts and modify the existing alerts based on requirement
Analyze the alerts for trends and impacts and work with the respective team for application improvement.
Coordinate with Tech-ops team.
Follow the application team to implement preventive measures .
Document incidents tickets with resolutions, and preventive measures.
Monitor application performance through monitoring dashboard, splunk logs and raise ticket with application team for issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system reliability.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in incident management and application monitoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
