Job Description

:As a Splunk ITSI Admin for an industry leading client, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Splunk ITSI environment to ensure it supports the needs of our IT operations and business stakeholders. You will work closely with IT teams to develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports that provide visibility into the health and performance of critical IT services.Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain the Splunk ITSI environment, including configuration, tuning, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement ITSI service models, KPIs, and glass tables to monitor the health of key IT services.
- Migrate existing dashboard and alerting monitoring capabilities in Enterprise Splunk to ITSI
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement dashboards, alerts, and reports that provide real-time insights into service performance and availability.
- Enable auto-ticketing into helix ticketing platform using NEAP
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk ITSI and associated integrations.
- Implement best practices for data ingestion, indexing, and storage to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and security, and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Splunk ITSI.
