Roles and Responsibility Strategy As a Test Manager
Identify suitable tools for profiling and implement across all the projects
Ensure to use the existing SCB approved profiling tools and provide valuable recommendations
Business
Understanding the functional / non-functional requirements from business
Analysing the critical business scenarios
Developing test scripts with quality checks
Reviewing the test scripts
Reviewing the workload model
Reviewing the test execution results
Reviewing the final test results
Conducting defect triage meetings
Take a proactive approach save effort and improve efficiency
Ensure Performance Testing for the changes to the system
Collaborate with E2E test managers to ensure PT related items are covered properly
Create Performance Test plan and Test Schedule
knowledgeable to prepare estimates for large projects
Deliver projects within cost, schedule & quality
Processes
Guide team on testing approach
Creative to resolve technical challenges during PT scripting and execution
Drive performance engineering across all projects
Prepare Closure report and Quality Gate checklist
Ensure compliance to UTM and SDF models
Ensure risks/issues are captured for all projects and ensure that any changes to milestone deliverables (scope, due date etc) have been approved by relevant PWG/PSC/PRC
Mitigation of risks and resolution of issues in a timely manner including developing suitable controls and measuring their effectiveness
Comply with QA review audit for all the applications
Procure dispensation on valid cases where PT is not required
Implement standard test reporting
Planning and manage test environments.
Ensuring no adversely rated test audit, no medium or high risks rated test issues from audit and No expired/overdue risks or actions from audits
