Role Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Securities Services Technology team requires Support Lead to manage the Application support for Custody business. The candidate would be required to monitor the health status, perform technical analysis, derive solutions, apply fixes in supporting the application. He/she will be working closely with the business stakeholders, vendor, core project and other interface system teams within the bank. The candidate should have prior experience in Custody applications either in development / support / testing and having domain knowledge is essential.
  • Primarily to ensure system availability & stability of custody applications for custody business
  • Incident Management - Provide resolution for the incidents raised for custody business
  • Situation management - actively participate and manage situations and ensure no/minimal impact in system availability
  • Monitoring - Identify and configure key KPIs in system stability for proactive monitoring
  • Stakeholder management - work closely with delivery, Ops, business and other tech units to ensure system stability
  • Risk management - proactively identify risks time to time and manage it for logical closure
  • Automation - Identify opportunities to eliminate redundant/manual activities and actively participate in automation
