Risk Management
Perform process risk analysis to identify the gaps in the existing process.
Embed the Group\xe2\x80\x99s values and code of conduct in the role remit to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations.
Ensure review of process documentation of all processes once in 6 months.
Ensure all staffs are attending mandatory training programs and also arrange for domain based training wherever required.
Support internal & external audits and ensure nil adverse comments.
Governance
Complying with all governance requirements \xe2\x80\x93 Process metrics review, BCP.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide timely information and support

Prior experience as a Technical lead.

Banking experience is a plus.

Proven track record in designing, developing and implementing Big Data or Data lake solutions
Ability to Coordinate with multiple teams.
Follow SCB processes to release products to production and liaise with the risk owners to ensure their support and approvals are secured.

Assist in removing roadblocks to engineering team\xe2\x80\x99s work which includes liaising with partners including Risk / process Owners and country technology management teams
Helping the team avoid or remove impediments to progress / Mitigating and resolving risks and issues which may impair delivery.

2 plus years of project management experience in Banking Industry
Must have working experience in HANA, XSA & Hadoop
Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence usage
Acumen to understand cutting edge technologies and experience working with teams who build mobile apps, web apps on AWS Cloud using microservices.
Highly organised, independent and self-motivated
