Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated speech therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will specialize in addressing speech and communication challenges in neurodivergent populations, including those with ADHD, Autism, and Intellectual Disabilities. This role demands a compassionate and tailored approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in individuals with ADHD, Autism, and Intellectual Disabilities.

2. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.

3. Work closely with psychiatrists and audiometrists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

4. Conduct family counseling sessions to guide caregivers on communication techniques and strategies.

5. Maintain comprehensive therapy progress records and prepare reports for interdisciplinary team reviews.

6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech therapy techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

? Licensed or certified by a recognized speech therapy board (if applicable).

? Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with neurodivergent populations.

? Strong observational and analytical skills.

? Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.

Salary & Benefits:
