Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team at MBA Foundation in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The Speech Therapist will work closely with children with speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in speech-language and a passion for helping individuals overcome communication barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in individuals of all ages.

2.Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address specific speech and language needs.

3. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.

4. Monitor and document beneficiaries progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.

5.Collaborate with special educators, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

6. Provide education and training to families and caregivers on how to support therapy goals at home.

7. Participate in community outreach and awareness programs related to speech and language disorders.

8. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

9. Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in speech therapy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
