JD of Speech Therapist:

We are hiring for kids therapy center located in Kolapakkam, Porur for Part - time from 8.30-10.30am or 9am-12.

1. Assessment: Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, or swallowing disorders.

2. Treatment Planning: Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and the patient's needs.

3. Therapy Sessions: Providing therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, language skills, voice quality, and swallowing function.

4. Patient Education: Educating patients and their families on speech and swallowing strategies, exercises, and techniques.

5. Collaboration: Working closely with healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.

6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

7. Adaptive Technologies: Utilizing technological tools and adaptive devices to enhance communication skills.

8. Research: Staying informed about advancements in the field and incorporating evidence-based practices into therapy.

9. Advocacy: Advocating for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders to ensure access to appropriate services and support.
