Responsibilities:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages
• Creating personalized treatment plans, educating patients and their families about their conditions
• Collaborating with other professionals to improve communication abilities; this includes performing screenings, identifying the root causes of communication issues, and developing appropriate therapy techniques to address specific needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy and do regular follow up of patients
• Stay current with best practices and research in speech pathology and audiology
• Conduct Basic audiological evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, relaxometry, tympanometry, and OAE
• Interpret audiological test results and make recommendations for treatment or further evaluation
• Provide counseling and education to individuals and families regarding hearing loss and hearing conservation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in ASLP

Experience working in the above field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Should be fluent in English & Kannada (Tulu/Malayalam)
