Job Overview:

The Specification Executive will be responsible for promoting our product range to architects, contractors, and clients. With 1 to 2 years of sales experience, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and clients to promote our products and services effectively.
• Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Showroom Support: Assist in showroom operations by showcasing products, answering queries, and providing information on features and benefits.
• Product Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to architects and clients, highlighting the technical specifications and advantages of our products.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and product offerings.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups; provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the architecture or construction industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction products and architectural specifications is a plus.
