The Position

Responsible for increasing the market penetration of Spevigo and achieving the sales targets. To grow Spevigo by engaging the opinion leaders in the specified area. To execute all marketing strategies & adherence with KPIs.
Tasks & Responsibilities
----------------------------
• Identify and develop Institutional Business opportunities in both Government and PSUs. Coordinate to prepare quotation against tenders, negotiate with the purchasing authorities in the targeted institutions, KOL management in Institutes, coordination with Internal Stake holders, product promotion in Institutes, product activities, pick-up long-term projects specifically government Institutes. Up to date on government regulations as its important for pharma business operations in government hospitals.
• Plan and organize product promotion campaigns, arrange scientific presentation to preselected key institutions and key stakeholders.
• Demand generation & Liquidation of supplied stocks.
• Effectively co-ordinate with the ISPs.
• To meet or exceed sales targets through regular visits to healthcare professionals.
• To develop and execute business plan for territory with sales plan at the hospital and health care professional level.
• To execute the plan to accomplish goals as per current sales and marketing direction.
• To meet the stockists and distributors and ensure sufficient inventory
• To complete administrative assignments in a timely manner, maintaining customer records, completing daily call notes and recording of samples. Needs to acclimatize quickly and use various technology tools.
• Collection of Adverse Drugs Reaction (ADR) incidences including lack of efficacy related to Company's any drug product / medicinal product in specified format up to the maximum possible level of completeness and forwarding the same to the company's assigned person(s) in your PV-system. Preliminary report should reach to PV -head within 24-hrs. and if required, Final Report shall be submitted within 7-working days.
• To disseminate latest scientific information to practitioners by regular calls, CMEs, symposiums, web-based meets, etc.
Requirements
----------------
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 year's sales experience working with Institutions in specialty Area.
Location will be south of India/ Flexible
