Role : L1 - Windows/Vmware/SCCM

Location : Pune/Bangalore

Who are we looking for?

Candidate experience - 3 to 5 years.

Technical Skills:

? Candidate with strong experience in Windows (2008/12/16 server administration.

? Working knowledge of Physical Hardware & Console (HP & Dell)

? Performing Server Firmware Upgradation and managing hardware replacement tasks remotely.

? Working knowledge on installation of ESXI hosts and configuring High availability

? Management of VM snapshots and troubleshooting.

? Manage Resources like CPU / Memory / Disk and manage resource bottlenecks.

? Creating and managing new datastores.

? Working knowledge of SCCM or any patch / application deployment tool, PowerShell

? Exposure and Understanding to SCCM configuration.

? Knowledge of basics of ITIL (incident, change and problem management)

? Knowledge of Networking, Storage, NFS.

Process Skills:

? Primarily responsible for Patch Management, Patching of servers & post troubleshooting and incident resolution

? Capable of analyzing and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLA's and SOPs.

? Experience & functional knowledge on baking applications.

? Available on 24 x 7 basis in the event of emergencies and should be contactable after office hours

? Resolve technical issues by implementing break fix.

? Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

Behavioral Skills :

? Interact, co-ordinate with different teams and get the issue resolved on priority.

? Aggressive follow up, Updating the stakeholders on the status on priority issues by following proper escalation matrix

Certification:

? Somebody who has at least 6 to 8 years of work experience in Windows Server administration.

? Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college

? Certification: Windows Certification, ITIL, any other Technical certification.
