We are a fast-growing organization working with Citi businesses and functions across the world.What do we do:We simplify, streamline, and automate controls\xe2\x80\x94strengthening our ability to prevent issues.Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.Expertise Required:Responsibility

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of control testing automation tools, overseeing entire Control Testing Automation life cycle from requirement management to implementation.
• Lead a team of Data Scientists Visualization SMEs (Designers, Developers, Testers etc.)
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights on user experience and data sets performance.
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patters, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business planning and resource allocation.
• Stay current to industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to constantly improve process and methodologies.
• Liaison with Business, R&C teams, Operations and Technology stakeholders to identify Control Testing Automation opportunities.
• Lead efforts to Review ARCM (Activity Risk Control Monitoring) documents to proactively identify automation opportunities.
• Critically Assess new tools and identify those that align with organizations goals and technical landscape.

Analytical & Project Management Skills

• Work with cross-functional teams and leaders within the organization on modelling for critical business decisions
• Identify new opportunities for leveraging data science to improve the operational efficiency of the organization.
• Assimilate and incorporate business requirements and technical aspects.
• Assist data architect and data analyst in data gathering techniques and design processes for maintenance of databases, data accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure high data integrity, choosing the best tools and techniques for algorithms, frameworks, and technologies.
• Design and develop a new process for data modelling and production, and help businesses create and track their key performance metrics.
• Partner with other multi-functional teams, such as Engineering, Product Management, and Design, to collaborate on projects.
• Set goals and metrics and define KPIs to measure and track the improvement of the data analytics process.
• Analyze the data modelling, revenue generation, and targeting.

• Have good knowledge of project management principles, good at stakeholder management.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Having productive team meetings, 1-on-1 meetings regularly with all team members
• Understand concerns, challenges and roadblocks team is facing and provide them all the required support to overcome the same.

• Extensive knowledge of automation tools and technologies with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure visualization is user-friendly and interactive.
• Solid theoretical and hands-on knowledge of Econometrics, Statistics, Data Mining, Machine Learning & AI concepts

Tools and Platforms

• Expert level proficiency in Python/Pyspark/R including the ability to solve complex problems and design efficient data processing pipelines.
• Deep Learning concepts & tools (H2O, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenAI and LangChain etc.)
• Experience in SQL and interpretation of large databases (via tools such as Hive, Spark)
• Good understanding of ML lifecycle and hands-on experience with ML Ops
• Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Nice to have \xe2\x80\x93 Experience on below:

• In-depth knowledge of Big data concepts and experience with distributed data processing systems beyond Pysprak like Apache Flink or Kafka
• Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket (Version Control) etc.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies (MS Azure, GCP, AWS)

Domain SkillsGood understanding of

• Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)

Functional Skills

• Business risk, controls, compliance, and data management.
• Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process

Basic Qualifications

• PHD/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics from a premier institutes
• (Preferred) Postgraduate in \xe2\x80\x93 Masters in computer Science.
• 13+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, ML & Visualization areas
