Candidate must be willing to work to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders and responsible for specific activities related to the Finance MDM-R2R of the country.In role of Finance MDM Specialist, you will be responsible for KONE\xc2\xb4s Finance Controlling master data maintenance in SAP including profit center, cost center, internal order master data and related reporting hierarchy management. You will be acting as a data steward and guardian of KONE master data & hierarchy quality, data standards by validating requests and ensuring that data definitions and standards are followed. You will be supporting global and local finance departments with finance master data process and working closely with Finance process owners and data owners.Job Title \xe2\x80\x93 Specialist/Senior Specialist-Finance Master Data ManagementWhat will you be doing?

• Responsible for maintaining Finance controlling master data; profit center, cost center, internal order master data.
• Responsible for maintaining reporting hierarchies and master data interface mappings to reporting systems.
• Analyse & validate master data requests against agreed data standards.
• Support finance departments with master data request process & data quality
• Act as Key user for Finance Master Data Process & Solutions
• Initiate development needs and specifications towards IT related to finance master data solutions to ensure finance end users are having user friendly solution to request and approve data with good quality.
• Overlook master data completeness; master data in configurations, business rules and ETL conversions & reporting hierarchies.
• Escalate issues to Data Owners and Process Owners
• Continuous master data quality monitoring, initiate and drive proactively data cleansing activities.
• Participate development projects as a SME for Finance Master Data
• Seek actively continuous improvement opportunities to standardize, harmonize financial master data to enable to automate processes.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xc2\xb4s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information management systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in financial master data management.
• Previous experience of SAP Finance Controlling Master Data & SAP hierarchy management
• Previous experience of reporting hierarchy management
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance Master Data in controlling
• Previous experience of SAP MDG and S/HANA preferred, but not mandatory.
• Previous work experience within business controlling & reporting is a benefit.
• Operates in a structured and methodical manner.
• Advanced English language ability, both written and spoken
• excellent analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• comfortable working independently and capability to collaborate proactively with various key stakeholders.
• Cross-cultural competency and experience working in a global business context.
