: Your tasks as Quality System Engineer (m/f/d): Actively drive the Process Development activities for VDA and Non-VDA scope processes with Global Process Owners & Local Process Champions. Ensure that the Engineering processes are developed according to the applicable ZF directives and external standards like Automotive SPICE, Mechanical SPICE, IATF, ISO26262, etc. Develop strategies to optimize the Engineering processes. Support the process owners in the definition of tool strategies and tool roadmaps. Ensure that the regional and site-specific requirements are considered in the common Active Safety Systems Engineering process set. Support the management in driving and tracking the status of internal quality and digitalization initiatives. Perform independent process compliance assessments on projects. Support the internal and external IATF audits on a need basis. Perform independent assessments to verify the effectiveness of deployed quality initiatives like ZF DNA of Quality, ZF Way, etc. Your profile as Quality System Engineer (m/f/d): Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Computer Science. 6+ years of experience in process development, quality assurance, or Software development roles in the Automotive industry. Strong moderation and negotiation skills. Certified Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor. IATF Auditor certification would be an added advantage. Experience in using configuration management, requirements management, and change management tools. Fluent in English, German language skills would be an advantage.
