Role/Job Title: Specialist-Client Services
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations
Job Purpose:
To sustain better client servicing by way of exhibiting overall trade and banking expertise to support to customize cash and trade products in line with market demanding. To provide timely support to all regional business stake holders and to manage their expectation which should be in tandem with client expectation. To avoid any financial and reputational risk of the bank, it is highly required a seasoned and experienced wholesale banker to monitor, control and to regulate the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationship and provide added service to selected clients in supporting the business relationship.
- Maintain and exercise control over allotted portfolios to ensure that services to customers are of the highest standard.
- Constantly monitoring customer quality to minimize the risk of loss to the bank.
- Continue to improve the client related processes related to CMS and general banking products.
- Responsible to handle escalation issue and iron out any processing gaps identified during post implementation period.
- Logging 100% SRs and ensure SRs are closed.
- Provide regular updates/share of knowledge on client in portfolio to the Client Service.
- Remain knowledgeable of changing industry and educate clients.
Graduation: Bachelor\'s in engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
