Role Summary
Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization.
Main Tasks Roles & Responsibilities of AP Invoice Processing:

• Invoice processing for PO and NON-PO invoices in SAP .
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.
• Exception handling & Query Management - internal and external.
• Book incoming internal invoices to the correct account GL code and cost center.
• Support internal team with invoice clarification queries.
• Analysis and investigations within the accounting area.
• Reconcile vendor statements.

Your Profile• Degree in commerce/ business administration.
• Looking for 2+ yrs experience with Accounts Payable Thai & English language Expert.
